The Program Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of programs for corporate clients in the Middle East. This comprises ensuring high quality levels and strong customer focus and implementing the required guidelines and policies to ensuring the successful delivery of the programs. The PM should be very detail-oriented and demonstrated good skills for promoting a sense of community among participants in the programs, as well as with the corporate client point of contact.
