Responsibilities

Your role as a Senior Coordinator will involve:
    • Key Responsibilities:

      Course Delivery and Student Online Learning Experience

      • Overseeing deployment of online course delivery processes with Program Coordinators and other Senior Coordinators
        • End-to-end course delivery for synchronous and asynchronous online programs
        • Assist participants and faculty before, during, and after the program
        • Execute satisfaction surveys and corresponding data analysis and reporting
        • Leverage learning analytics to deliver personalized delivery experience
      • Creating and maintaining feedback loop to course design team to ensure continual improvement of courses
      • Support during the enrollment process for the online program, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders
        • Attend to any administrative duties to ensure smooth completion of the enrollment duties
        • Give first level technical support when needed by participants
      • Deep understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) and constant investigation into functions, processes, and features in order to improve learning experience
      • Leading short- and long-term innovation projects as it relates to use of LMS and overall program delivery processes
      • Design, collaborate on and actively participate in program engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing participant experience and stakeholder involvement.
      • Identify, test and pilot new automation processes to enhance both the learning experience and program management operations, collaborating with cross-functional peers in the definition and implementation of these initiatives.

      Learning Facilitators Management

      • Coordinate with the Senior Coordinators team on administrative tasks related to Learning Facilitators, including contracts, payments, database maintenance, and other operational processes.
      • Leading the end-to-end selection process of Learning Facilitators in collaboration with other members of the program management team: recruitment, interview process, vetting and approvals, etc.
      • Acting as key point of contact for Learning Facilitators, providing initial onboarding and training, and ongoing performance tracking, support, and periodic performance reviews, while facilitating community building and best-practice sharing for pool of Learning Facilitators.
      • Coordination of initial contracts and renewals, and processing of payments

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum two years’ experience in areas such as program management, academic support, customer service or other learning environments
    • Customer orientation and service excellence
    • High attention to detail and organized, methodical working style
    • Highly developed communication skills, in both English and Spanish, demonstrating poise and professionalism, knowing how to communicate within various situations with different stakeholders
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to changing business needs
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
    • This role will be working with clients in the Middle East and could, in exceptional occasions, entail working on Sundays instead of Fridays to align with client working schedules.
