We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.
 

Responsibilities

Your role as a Regional Coordinator will involve:

 

  • Support the Regional Team in following up with prospective candidates weekly

  • Assist in the coordination of events, including preparation of marketing materials, attendee communication, and logistical support

  • Social media: events publication, follow-up, and reporting 
  • Provide support for on-campus visits of candidates/companies from abroad 
  • Manage expenses and invoices with the providers and the accounting department 
  • Other administrative/commercial tasks requested by the Regional Team 

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 0–2 years of professional experience (internships count). Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Multilingual candidate: fluency in English and Spanish is fundamental. French and/or Arabic are strong advantages
  • Exposure to an international or multicultural environment (academic or professional).  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 
  • We are a fast-paced organization that insists on excellence; therefore, attention to detail is fundamental 
  • Candidates must be EU citizens or possess a valid EU work permit
