The IE School of Architecture and Design is dedicated to education and research within the realms of the built, natural, and digital environments. Our programs are fully taught in English and combine a multidisciplinary approach with the application of theory to practical issues in design through project-based learning. The Bachelor in Design and the Dual BBA-Bachelor in Design are growing programs that rigorously train students to become professional designers working in many fields.
The Associate Director is responsible for the quality assurance in the smooth delivery and day-to-day management of the Bachelor in Design and BBA-BID dual program of the School. We are looking for an Assistant to support the day-to-day operations and activities of the School of Global and Public Affairs, and particularly the Vice Dean of Management and Development of the School of Global and Public Affairs. In this role you will be acting as the point of contact between the Vice Dean and key internal stakeholders, handling requests and queries appropriately and managing diary and schedule meetings and appointments. You will also support the organization of several events and activities organized by the School, and provide assistance as needed to GPA´s related centers and initiatives. For this purpose, the candidate will need excellent time management, attention to detail and communication skills, as well as experience in events organization, logistics and basic knowledge of protocol issues. He/she must be a problem solver, able to work on tight deadlines and comfortable working with diverse and international teams.

The IE University International Mobility department is responsible for the exchange programs of undergraduate students, including outgoing and incoming students, and for the relationship with 200 top partner universities around the world. This position will be in IE University Madrid campus at the IE Tower.
The International Mobility coordinator helps the department direction in the operational activities required, being also a point of contact for IEU students and partner universities. The coordinator will carry out all administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of exchange programs, as well as for the development and launch of new initiatives. Being a transversal department within IE University, it requires internal coordination and collaboration with the different bachelor programs and other relevant units on a daily basis. The position will also be involved in the activities and tasks related to the Erasmus Program.
The IM Coordinator will report directly to the Director of the IEU International Mobility department and to the Vice-Rector of Student Affairs.
As Instructional Designer & Technology Coach, you will be part of the IE Learning & Innovation team, which belongs to the IE Adjunct and Visiting Faculty department. The purpose of this team is to empower our network of + 2000 full-time and adjunct faculty to excel in the classroom through appropriate support and training as well as through the leveraging of innovative learning technologies.
He/she, under a Control Manager direction, implements control procedures, operates control data, and prepares all kinds of control statements and reports. He/she is responsible for managing and communicating information within the institution control duties.
