We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - María de Molina.
 

Responsibilities

Your role as a Program Assistant will involve:
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive support to students through both verbal interactions and written communication (email), ensuring a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and student satisfaction throughout their academic journey.
    • Manage, process, and maintain accurate data across internal systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and supporting reporting and administrative workflows.
    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of program-related events and activities (e.g., workshops, guest lectures, networking sessions), including logistical support and on-site coordination.
    • Support Program Coordinators and Associate Directors in the day-to-day management of the program, contributing to various projects and operational components, and ensuring smooth delivery of academic and extracurricular activities.
    • Act as a key point of contact between students, faculty, and administration, facilitating effective communication and helping to resolve queries or issues in a timely manner.
    • Provide general administrative support, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination of academic resources.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Highly Desirable).
    • Fluency in both English and Spanish, and good communication skills (verbal and written). 
    • A track-record of customer interface, excellent organization skills, and a “can-do attitude”. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). 
    • Curious, open to learn and with team-working skills. 
    • Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment. 
    • Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit.
