The Program Assistant is the first point of contact with students and professors on a day-to-day basis. The Program Assistant will assist the Program Management team by carrying out all administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running and delivery of the program. 

The Planning Coordinator will maximize limited resources to achieve an optimal planning of the academic programs, integrating interests from different stakeholders such as: Academics, Schools, Area and Program Directors, IE Publishing, Student Experience, students and professors.

This role’s main purpose is to showcase news and stories and ensure they reach across all stakeholders and audiences.   This position is designed for a seasoned leader and natural storyteller who is able to provide a single point of leadership and execution for content creation and outreach, which will also feed on community stories while engaging all stakeholders. You will be a connector of all the points to create a narrative with and for the community; you will orchestrate and work closely with diverse teams at IE University (Communication, Marketing, Global Markets, Centers of Research and all the Schools and transversal departments).   You will be responsible for the design and implementation of community engagement initiatives to increase our digital presence and community building efforts. Your aim is to strengthen engagement, interactions, traffic and growing the fan base among our existing community. The ideal candidate has his/her finger on the pulse of social trends and phenomena and knows how to track, measure and engage with a target community on social media to generate a sense of community and brand value.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities relating to the School’s programs. This comprises serving as the key interface between students, professors and multiple IE departments; coordinating a variety of tasks and program components, managing communication flows; implementing guidelines and policies; supporting program logistics and operations and supporting faculty members to ensure a world-class experience for our students. IE University is looking for an Associate Director to join our Recruiter Relations & Careers Advising team on Marketing and Communication related roles for our students and alumni. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Marketing Agency or Corporate Marketing roles. This role has two main responsibilities: build relations with employers to create career opportunities in the marketing/communication field for all IE students, and to prepare candidates to succeed in their recruiting processes.

This position will be integrated into IE Publishing & High Impact Online Programs Units and will be assigned to the Audiovisual Production team.   The Audiovisual Project Manager & Producer will be responsible for managing the production process and/or producing audiovisual and artistic initiatives, which are part of the development of Executive Education Online Programs, Multimedia Materials, Massive Open Online Programs and other projects.   This person will work together with instructional designers, professors and external providers, these last ones will be producing the videos, animations, designs, actors, etc.   The ideal candidate should have experience managing audiovisual projects and if possible educational audiovisual projects, be very creative, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
