The Program Assistant is the first point of contact with students and professors on a day-to-day basis. The Program Assistant will assist the Program Management team by carrying out all administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running and delivery of the program.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities relating to the School’s programs. This comprises serving as the key interface between students, professors and multiple IE departments; coordinating a variety of tasks and program components, managing communication flows; implementing guidelines and policies; supporting program logistics and operations and supporting faculty members to ensure a world-class experience for our students.
Reports to the Associate Directors and oversees the work of Program Assistants when required. Will interact with all Faculty, Students, different departments of IE, and external agencies required for running the program.
The Executive Director oversees all operations of the bachelors and master’s program at the School of Technology and leads a team of 9 whose objective is to meet the high standards of the 650+ students while providing unparalleled service. The Executive Director also works closely with the Associate Deans and Academic Directors in the continued improvement of the program that provides an innovative learning experience.
This position reports to the Director of International Projects.The unit is responsible for the design, management and delivery of 30+ one week immersion modules for partner universities.
Provides support to the area of International Partnerships & Alliances. Responsible for the maintenance and control of Partnership Development Activities such as Dual Degrees, B2M agreements, Partner-specific summer programs (pre-college with Brown University), Summer, IEU @ Brown University, Visiting Student Program (B2B), while being the interface between internal stakeholders and partners for operational logistics. Provide data reports along with support and lead on partnership related research and benchmarking projects. This position reports to Director of International Partnerships & Development unit.
Provides support to the area of International Partnerships & Alliances. Responsible for the maintenance and control of agreement renewals, updates and mailings, managing the EWP Erasmus database to assure agreement quality control, while being the interface between internal stakeholders and partners for day-to-day operational logistics. Provide data reports along with support and lead on partnership related research and benchmarking projects. This position reports to Director of International Partnerships & Development unit.
The candidate will supervise the collection and management of information and data of the research activity carried out by IE Research Professors according to IE's strategic objectives, specifically those highlighted by the Vice-Dean / Vice-Rectorate for Research, assuring the promotion, development, financing and communication of this information.
The Faculty & Talent assistant will provide support to the team by carrying out all administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running and delivery of the department.
