The Associate Director (AD) is the main point of contact for the students and faculty. His/her primary responsibility is to guarantee the efficient flow of the daily operations of the bachelors’ degrees, and to proactively work on the qualitative improvement of these operational processes and the student satisfaction, being both our two primary KPIs. The Associate Director will report to the Senior Associate Director, will manage a team of Program Coordinators and Program Assistants, and will interact with faculty, students, different IE departments and external agencies whose intervention is required to run the program.
The position will primarily be based in our Madrid Campus, though it will be required to travel to the Segovia Campus once or twice a week, on a same-day-return to Madrid basis.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities relating to IE’s corporate programs in the Middle East. This comprises serving as the key interface between students, professors, and multiple IE departments; coordinating a variety of tasks and program components, managing communication flows; supporting program logistics and operations and supporting faculty members to ensure high standard levels for our corporate students. Reports to the Program Manager. Will interact with all Faculty, Students, different departments of IE, and external agencies required for running the program.

Mission
The main responsibility of the Academic Director is to oversee key aspects of the education quality and teaching delivery. The director will also be responsible for mentoring both the teaching staff and the students and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
The director will also supervise the day-to-day management of the program, participate in the progress and innovation of the program, providing the anticipated perception of the student regarding changes and curricula modifications. They will be the direct point of contact for the students, solving problems of more serious and/or important nature, or those that require superior action.
All functions will be carried out in coordination and in accordance with the criteria set at any time by the Dean of the corresponding IE School or the Sustainability Office.
The Corporate Account Management Director will join the IE’s Corporate Relations team whose responsibilities are devoted to the development and maintenance of large accounts with a global outreach. This role will be focused on accounts located primarily in Middle East and Africa, and includes the development of portfolio of client and actions for client loyalty.
The Information Technology department is looking for a Web Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for Project Management and service levels of the Web applications, which are used by professors and students in the IE community to interact with the systems platform.
The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills, since they will be working with other IT functional responsible (Business Partners), Users Areas, vendors, and outsourced IT support.
The Program Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of programs for corporate clients in the Middle East. This comprises ensuring high quality levels and strong customer focus and implementing the required guidelines and policies to ensuring the successful delivery of the programs. The PM should be very detail-oriented and demonstrated good skills for promoting a sense of community among participants in the programs, as well as with the corporate client point of contact.
