The Manager of Global Markets will play an integral role in the team, supporting in the execution of high-impact activities and marketing to provide strong IE brand awareness and drive increased recruitment of IE University in different regions.
We are looking for an Assistant to support the day-to-day operations and activities of the School of Global and Public Affairs, and particularly the Vice Dean of Management and Development of the School of Global and Public Affairs. In this role you will be acting as the point of contact between the Vice Dean and key internal stakeholders, handling requests and queries appropriately and managing diary and schedule meetings and appointments. You will also support the organization of several events and activities organized by the School, and provide assistance as needed to GPA´s related centers and initiatives. For this purpose, the candidate will need excellent time management, attention to detail and communication skills, as well as experience in events organization, logistics and basic knowledge of protocol issues. He/she must be a problem solver, able to work on tight deadlines and comfortable working with diverse and international teams.
IE University (IEU) is a private university with campuses located in Segovia and Madrid (Spain). IEU programs are run in English and Spanish and are compliant with the terms of the European Higher Education Area (Bologna Accords).
The University is comprised by five schools. Including the School of Global and Public Affairs, with a portfolio that includes several bachelor and master programs in international relations, economics, sustainable development, global trade, and public administration.
The Associate Director for Management & Outreach will support the Vice Dean of Management & Development in the implementation of the School’s strategy and operations. His/her duties will include the preparation of strategic presentations and materials, the organization and management of events, , support with the design and deployment of a communications strategy, and diverse activities related to the day-to-day management of the School, including supporting its partnership ecosystem and affiliated Centers and initiatives.
The Associate Director will report to the Vice Dean of Management & Development of SGPA and work closely with the Director of Contents and Communities of the SGPA. He/she will liaise with transversal departments of IE University such as Communications, Admissions, Marketing, Corporate Relations, International Development, Alumni, and the IE Foundation.
The post will be located in Madrid.
The Information Technology team is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance, both on-site and online, to students, professors, and staff, answering questions, solving technical problems, and maintaining the company’s network, software, and computer and audiovisual equipment.

The Manager of Global Recruitment reports to the Senior Manager. Together, the team crafts the yearly recruitment strategy based on market and career trends, content, and candidate mentoring to curate the ideal educational experience for our candidates. The manager must work with the entire commercial and academic teams in a candidate-centric way to develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies for executive MBA programs for senior profiles.
The Information Technology department is looking for a Project Manager. He/She will be responsible for Project Management and service levels of the IT Commercial applications. He/She must have experience in managing the full software life cycle.

As Instructional Designer & Technology Coach, you will be part of the IE Learning & Innovation team, which belongs to the IE Adjunct and Visiting Faculty department. The purpose of this team is to empower our network of + 2000 full-time and adjunct faculty to excel in the classroom through appropriate support and training as well as through the leveraging of innovative learning technologies.
He/she, under a Control Manager direction, implements control procedures, operates control data, and prepares all kinds of control statements and reports. He/she is responsible for managing and communicating information within the institution control duties. He/she will play an integral and key role in the production and reporting of information within the Office of the Controller department.

This role gives support to the whole team at IE Corporate Relations by fulfilling office management duties for the department. He/she must enjoy helping others in resolving their queries and show resourcefulness to ensure seamless, timely and effective attention to administrative tasks as well as the streamlining of internal processes involved in the running of the department, agendas and miscellaneous day-to-day tasks. He/she must have great time-management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize and deliver on a wide variety of tasks. Travel management is also an important task, it includes travel preparation, coordination and expenses control. Discretion is a must as this person will deal with confidential information on a personal and departmental level.
Over the past years, with increasing competition and the rise of tuition fees, Financial Aid has grown in importance to become a core area for education institutions, as well as for IE. Its strategic importance goes beyond awarding scholarships and fellowships to candidates. It plays a pivotal role in supporting all marketing and recruiting activities, as well as building strong institutional relations with companies, governments, private and public institutions, banks and funds.
The Financial Aid department also supports strategic projects, such as building a more gender friendly pipeline or attracting talent and high potential candidates, for instance. Our aim is to be an effective tool to help open new recruiting niches and markets.
The main responsibility of the Academic Director is to oversee key aspects of the education quality and teaching delivery. The director will also be responsible for mentoring both the teaching staff and the students and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
The director will also supervise the day-to-day management of the program, participate in the progress and innovation of the program, providing the anticipated perception of the student regarding changes and curricula modifications. They will be the direct point of contact for the students, solving problems of more serious and/or important nature, or those that require superior action.
All functions will be carried out in coordination and in accordance with the criteria set at any time by the Dean of the corresponding IE School or the Sustainability Office.
Student Experience is a transversal unit with the aim of boosting students’ sense of belonging and enhancing IE University’s student centric culture.
The Corporate Account Management Director will join the IE’s Corporate Relations team whose responsibilities are devoted to the development and maintenance of large accounts with a global outreach. This role will be focused on accounts located primarily in Middle East and Africa, and includes the development of portfolio of client and actions for client loyalty.

The selected candidate will be a strong communicator, who will effectively work with both internal and external candidates.
We are looking for a Director for the New York Center, a leading international office, based in New York City to represent and contribute to the overall promotion of IE and its respective schools in their region. This management role resembles a business development position with marketing and sales responsibilities. You will operate in cross-functional environment, and collaboratively manage or work closely with a matrix of units including Marketing, Corporate Relations, Communications as well as Enrollment and Admissions Services.
As a contributing member of the Global Markets team, you will develop and implement a strategic plan for the Northeast region in the United States to promote the IE brand among companies, students, professionals, government institutions, education organizations, media, and other partners and target groups. The office will be IE’s local arm and hence is expected to provide support for IE related activities.
The Director must be an advocate of technology usage to manage the candidate experience and make use of the institutional tools provided to effectively manage the recruitment process, and market development actions generally.
This position is a part of the Global Markets Department, and the successful candidate would report to the Regional Director of North America.
Performance is measured twice annually, and compensation is reflective of individual and team performance.
