They will be involved in different recruitment activities for a variety of positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The selected candidate will be a strong communicator, who will effectively work with both internal and external candidates.
We are looking for a Director for the New York Center, a leading international office, based in New York City to represent and contribute to the overall promotion of IE and its respective schools in their region. This management role resembles a business development position with marketing and sales responsibilities. You will operate in cross-functional environment, and collaboratively manage or work closely with a matrix of units including Marketing, Corporate Relations, Communications as well as Enrollment and Admissions Services.
As a contributing member of the Global Markets team, you will develop and implement a strategic plan for the Northeast region in the United States to promote the IE brand among companies, students, professionals, government institutions, education organizations, media, and other partners and target groups. The office will be IE’s local arm and hence is expected to provide support for IE related activities.
The Director must be an advocate of technology usage to manage the candidate experience and make use of the institutional tools provided to effectively manage the recruitment process, and market development actions generally.
This position is a part of the Global Markets Department, and the successful candidate would report to the Regional Director of North America.
Performance is measured twice annually, and compensation is reflective of individual and team performance.

The Global Markets Department is currently seeking a Regional Coordinator to support the teams responsible for Asia Pacific.

This person will work closely with the rest of the commercial team to execute a robust strategy for the master's programs while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, upholding admissions standards, and ensuring the utmost customer service.
The Associate Director of Admissions must be able to evaluate the potential of new Corporate Programs recently launched or in the process of launching with all IE schools. This position reports to the Corporate Master Director and will work together with the IE Admissions team in the definition, implementation, and evaluation of the processes in order to reach the profiles for different programs (Masters, AMP, SMP, etc.) and profile quality for each corporate program on the portfolio.
The primary responsibility for this position is to lead and coordinate programs in the area of Special Projects from the definition phase to its final delivery. These projects are mostly focused on delivering IE Executive Education programs to corporate partners.
The Director must be able to create proposals, be in contact with the client and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure the definition, planning and delivery of the program. This person will need to coordinate and support the team to ensure all programs are delivered with the quality standards of the institution, while ensuring a positive learning experience to all program’s participants.

The Information Technology department is looking for a Web Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for Project Management and service levels of the Web applications, which are used by professors and students in the IE community to interact with the systems platform.

IE University (IEU) is a private university with campuses located in Segovia and Madrid (Spain). IEU programs are offered in English, and are compliant with the terms of the European Education Area (Bologna Accords). At IEU our working languages with colleagues are English and Spanish.

The IE Impact Program is growing and to support such growth we seek to hire three Program Coordinators.
The Senior Manager of Global Markets for LATAM, will play an integral role on IEU’s Undergraduate team, leading and executing high-impact activities, developing new channels and participating in all the strategic initiatives happening in the region. This position is based in Colombia (Bogotá).
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities relating to IE’s corporate programs in the Middle East. This comprises serving as the key interface between students, professors and multiple IE departments; coordinating a variety of tasks and program components, managing communication flows; supporting program logistics and operations and supporting faculty members to ensure high standard levels for our corporate students.
Reports to the Program Manager. Will interact with all Faculty, Students, different departments of IE, and external agencies required for running the program.
The selected candidate may be operating from Madrid but will frequently travel to Riyadh for longer periods.

The Manager of Global Recruitment reports to the Senior Manager. Together, the team crafts the yearly recruitment strategy based on market and career trends, content, and candidate mentoring in order to curate the ideal educational experience for our candidates. The manager must work with the entire commercial and academic teams in a candidate-centric way in order to develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies for the area of marketing, communication and sales in our portfolio for both graduate and undergradute level.

The candidate will be a strong communicator, who will effectively work with both internal and external candidates.
This position is a key member of the school´s management team and reports directly to the Dean and Associate Dean of the school.
They will have a strong understanding of the field of Real Estate and City making.
This person will contribute to the academic quality of the School´s Real Estate related programs, supporting the Dean´s office and directors in academic and policy matters, as well as manage the programs on a day-to-day basis.
