• Drive the recruitment and enrollment of international students across a portfolio of programs within Architecture, Design, Real Estate, and the Creative Industries.
• Manage the full candidate journey, from initial inquiry through enrollment.
• Execute a consultative B2C sales approach, understanding candidate needs and guiding them toward the right academic pathway.
• Meet and exceed recruitment, conversion, and enrollment targets.
• Build meaningful relationships with prospective students, parents, counselors, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the institution at international events, fairs, webinars, and recruitment activities.
• Develop market intelligence and identify opportunities for growth across strategic global markets.
• Collaborate closely with admissions, marketing, academic, and student success teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through CRM systems.
• Contribute to the execution of a structured and ambitious growth strategy.

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of proven experience in B2C sales, recruitment, business development, admissions, or other client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to convert leads into customers through a consultative sales process.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience engaging with international audiences and multicultural environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in higher education, international student recruitment, admissions, executive education, or educational consulting.
• Academic background or professional experience in Architecture, Design, Urbanism, Real Estate, Fashion, Innovation, Luxury, or related creative industries.
• Degree in Architecture, Design, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Fashion, or a related field is highly valued.
• Experience studying, working, or living abroad.
• Degree from a top-ranked international university is highly valued.
• Additional languages beyond English, particularly Spanish, French, or other strategically relevant languages.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and recruitment funnels.

Location & Travel

• Based in Madrid, Spain.
• Regular travel to our Segovia campus will be required to support academic events, candidate engagement activities, and recruitment initiatives.
• Availability for international travel, including recruitment fairs, networking events, and market development opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment that combines international travel, relationship management, and business development.
