Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Talent & Careers is looking for an Junior Manager (Temporary) to join its team!
 
IE University is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Manager of IMBA Talent & Careers to provide temporary support to the International MBA (IMBA) Talent & Careers team during a period of sick leave. The successful candidate will contribute to the team’s day-to-day operations by developing presentations, preparing employability reports, and assisting students with their queries. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Junior Manager will involve:
  • Create and update high-quality presentations and supporting materials for the IMBA Talent & Careers team.

  • Adapt content for different audiences, ensuring that all materials are accurate, clear, engaging, and aligned with IE University standards.

  • Collaborate with team members to gather, organize, and present relevant career-related information.

  • Update and maintain IMBA-related information, resources, and content on the Career Portal.

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement necessary content updates.

  • Collect, organize, review, and consolidate employability information from different sources.

  • Help ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data used for internal and external reporting.

  • Support the preparation of employability reports, presentations, and other data-driven materials.

  • Assist in responding to students’ questions regarding Talent & Careers services, resources, and processes.

  • Provide clear, timely, and student-focused guidance, escalating more complexmatters to the appropriate team member when necessary.

  • Contribute to delivering a positive and consistent student experience throughout the IMBA program.

  • Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the IMBA Talent & Careers team.

  • Coordinate with colleagues and other internal departments to support the effective delivery of career-related initiatives.

  • Manage multiple priorities and contribute flexibly to emerging team needs.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience in higher education, career services, project coordination, human resources, or a related area.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Full professional proficiency in English is essential; Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills and experience preparing reports and working with data.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Familiarity with digital platforms, content management systems, or career management platforms is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented approach.

  • Valie EU work permit.
