Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Talent Management team is looking for an Associate Director & Talent Partner to join its team!
 

The Associate Director of Talent Management will contribute to the design and implementation of the talent management programs aimed at developing and engaging high performing staff according to IE´s mission and values. They will also carry out a function as Talent Partner, being the direct point of contact for the international teams and the commercial areas of the business for the recruiting, learning & development and performance management processes.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as an Associate Director and Talent Partner will involve:
    • Support the annual strategic planning process for the Talent Management function. 
    • Review and analyze business requests to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee development and value proposition. 
    • Coordinate and follow-up on the training & recruitment needs of the different business areas.  
    • Liaise with the recruitment team and business areas to ensure optimal progress of the recruitment processes according to the objectives and standards defined for the different teams.  
    • Develop and consolidate yearly analyses of key people metrics.  
    • Collaborate in the implementation and continuous development of all stages of the performance management cycle.  
    • Identify and implement technological improvements for the Talent Management function.  
    • Ensures compliance and alignment with IE´s Talent Management policies within the different departments.   

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Master´s degree, preferably within the field of Human Resources or similar. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.  
  • 2+ years HR related experience ideally in the education sector. 
  • Stakeholder management experience within an international environment.  
  • Great communication and presentation skills. 
  • Team player with a “can do” attitude.  
  • Excellent customer orientation and organization skills. 
  • Experience with Talent software
