• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current students, both inperson and on the telephone.
• CRM management: data entry into admissions database, tracking of applicationdocuments, enrolment documents, etc. Primary responsibility for CRM contactsmanagement.
• Primary responsibility for telephone and walk-in enquiries.
• Pro-active and continuous process improvement to ensure that IE students receive thevery best admissions experience.
• Schedule meetings and interviews with prospective students and candidates forDirector and Associate Director of Admissions.
• Prepare admission files for all applicants. Communicate status of applications andtransfer files to appropriate departments. Follow-up to ensure a timely and efficientadmissions process.
• Build and maintain excellent relationship with academic program management team toensure smooth transition from candidate to program experience.
• Create reports and assist in the preparation of statistics as requested by the Directorand Associate Director of Admission.
• Support teammates as necessary to build team-oriented environment and contributeideas to innovative team atmosphere, to ensure continuous improvement, excellentexperience and outstanding reputation of part-time programs team.
• Work diligently to build relationships and communicate efficiently with relevantdepartments and international offices across IE, to ensure evolution of team reputationand profile.
• Availability to work one Saturday morning per 8/9 weeks.
