We are seeking a highly motivated ERP Analyst to join our IT Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the organization's ERP ecosystem, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role requires a combination of functional, technical, and analytical skills to collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of ERP processes and integrations.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.
 

Responsibilities

Your role as ERP Analyst will involve:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Support, configure, maintain, and optimize D365 F&O modules and related business processes.
  • Work closely with functional departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and system automation.
  • Manage and coordinate ERP-related incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
  • Participate in ERP implementation, upgrade, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Define and execute functional and integration testing plans.
  • Collaborate with development teams and external vendors to deliver technical solutions.
  • Design, monitor, and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using Microsoft integration technologies.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Provide end-user training and support when required.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft technology trends, especially in ERP, automation, AI, and intelligent agents.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:

  • Computer Science
  • Telecommunications Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Information Systems or a related technical field

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Experience supporting ERP environments in medium to large organizations.
  • Proven experience participating in ERP implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business teams and external vendors.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Experience with ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, or Operations.
  • Knowledge of system integration architectures and technologies.
  • Experience integrating D365 F&O with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of IT Service Management and support processes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem is considered a plus.

Certifications

Required:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (or equivalent Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification).

Preferred:

  • Additional Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, or Integration Services.

Artificial Intelligence & Microsoft Ecosystem

  • Knowledge of AI Agents, Copilot technologies, and Generative AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Understanding of how AI-driven solutions can enhance business processes, ERP operations, and user productivity.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI capabilities, or Azure AI services is highly desirable.

Languages

  • English: Minimum B2 level (mandatory).
  • Additional languages are considered a plus.
