Overview

Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Corporate Relations Department is looking for a Corporate Business Development/Key Account Management Director to join its team!
 
The Corporate Business Development/KAM Director will join the IE’s Corporate Relations team whose responsibilities are devoted to the development and maintenance of new corporate accounts with a focus on different regions: Europe, Middle East and Africa, which implies the development of an extensive commercial agenda.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Director will involve:

 

  • Development of new alliances for IE in the respective regions. 
  • Business and diagnostic projects development, consultative sales, benchmarking and strategic planning in diverse sectors 
  • Execution of the strategy for business development, integrating a commercial plan and long-term objectives 
  • Commercial activities: sales, co-creation and management of academic projects with IE’s various schools and departments, for the development of long-term relationships with targeted and strategic accounts 

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

 

  • Master´s Degree from a top-ranked university.   
  • Fluency (written & oral) in both English and Spanish. 
  • 8+ years professional experience. Sales oriented. Experience in B2B sales will be considered.  
  • Skills for developing a corporate clientele; creating and delivering proposals; and the management and development of international projects.  
  • CRM experience, extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other databases 
  • Experience in Project management and coordination 
  • Advanced capacity for analytic thinking and organization 
  • Developed interpersonal skills, with ability to integrate and manage diverse groups 
  • The position is based in Madrid, with extensive to other regions
