IE University is seeking a candidate-centric and performance-driven recruitment professional to support the growth of its Business & Management Programs portfolio, including the Master in Management and the Master in Digital Strategy, AI & Innovation.
This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and converting high-potential international candidates, while contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategy through data-driven insights and market feedback. The position combines high-touch candidate advisory with pipeline management and recruitment performance tracking, ensuring both quality of engagement and achievement of enrollment objectives.
