The Accounts Payable Junior Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end supplier invoice process within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role ensures accuracy, compliance with internal policies and controls, and timely execution of payments.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.
 

Responsibilities

Your role as a Accounts Payable Junior Associate will involve:
  • Process and accurately record supplier invoices (national and international).
  • Perform invoices validation against purchase orders (PO) and internal policies.
  • Manage discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, and payment terms.
  • Perform periodic supplier account reconciliations.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update the supplier master data (new suppliers, modifications, validations).
  • Contribute to monthly and year-end closing processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and automation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
