We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as Program Assistant, Undergraduate Pograms will involve:

 

The candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires multitasking and the ability to interact with diverse profiles. Also, the successful candidate should be detail-oriented, enjoy interacting with people, and be a team player. The most relevant tasks managed by the Program Assistant include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as a point of contact with students and faculty.
  • Have an acting role managing the communication channels with internal and external stakeholders (students, professors, IEU departments).
  • Organize and participate in events with students.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, and good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • A track record of customer interface, excellent organization skills, and a “can-do" attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Curious, open to learning, and with teamwork skills.
  • Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit.
