We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower. 
 

Responsibilities

Your role as Recruiting Specialist will involve:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, initial phone screenings, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely and professional communication throughout all stages of the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient process.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support reporting and tracking of recruitment activity metrics.
  • Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines using sourcing tools and internal databases.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and internal databases.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Management team to improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition support roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with an ATS (iCIMS is a strong plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
