• Serve as a main point of contact for students and faculty, providing day-to-day support and timely responses to queries.
• Coordinate and communicate with the different departments involved in program operations, including Faculty, Admissions, Registrar’s Office, Planning and Administration.
• Support the smooth execution of program delivery by managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.
• Handle a high volume of email communication and ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
• Maintain and update student records, databases and internal documentation.
• Process internal expense reports and support other administrative procedures.
• Prepare and update reports, presentations and other program materials.
• Support communication with internal and external stakeholders, including students, professors and IE departments.
• Coordinate logistics related to program delivery, including catering, extracurricular activities and travel arrangements.
• Contribute to delivering excellent student experience through efficient coordination and proactive problem-solving.

• Bachelor’s Degree is highly recommended.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in an administrative, operations or customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Valid EU work permit.
