The position entails a combination of operational coordination, administrative execution, and student support. Main responsibilities include:
• Coordinate the end-to-end operational execution of several programs running simultaneously and at different stages of delivery.
• Manage schedules, logistics, materials, classroom setup (on-site or virtual), and documentation.
• Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Serve as the main point of contact for participants before, during, and after the program, in close coordination with the Program Director.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure students are properly informed and prepared.
• Coordinate with faculty to ensure session readiness and smooth execution.
• Ensure on-site or virtual presence and operational oversight during key program moments such as delivery days, kick-offs, and graduation ceremonies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (academic, operations, IT, etc.) to ensure proper alignment and execution.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions.
Experience in program coordination, academic operations, or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS or academic systems is a plus.
