We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

Your role as a Labors Matters Specialist will involve:

• Analyze current work practices and policies (i.e. Equality Plan) to determine overall state of employee relations and make changes to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee legal contract terminology and suggesting additional rules and regulations as necessary.
• Develop and present informational briefings for management to improve understanding of labor laws and promote management solutions.
• Giving advice in contract termination.

• Degree in Law and masters in labor relations or related field.
• Minimum 3-year experience in human resources or employee relations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral
• Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions
• Listening skills, as well as the ability to understand people's backgrounds and motives
• Ability to present information and have conversations with employees and managers from different levels
