We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - María de Molina 31 bis.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Program Assistant will involve:
  • Mission:

    The Program Assistant role is the first point of contact with students and professors on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a smooth running of the Program.

     

    Activities:

     

    • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a set of Master’s programs and ensuring the quality of our programs.
    • Work with diverse stakeholders including students, professors, and IE staff (planning, documentation, etc.
    • Manage the logistics of the program deliveries: caterings, organisation of extracurricular events (dinners, visits, etc.) and travel arrangements.
    • Attend and support the students and professors on a daily basis, managing a high volume of e-mail and responding to student queries
    • Process expense reports, liaise and coordinate with other departments (Administration, Registrar, Planning, Careers…).
    • Compile and update databases with student information.
    • Contribute to the preparation and edition of internal reports.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Requirements:

     

    • Strong proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency helpful, but not required.
    • Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented and multi-tasking.
    • Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment, enjoy interacting with students and provide outstanding customer service.
    • Knowledge of audiovisual equipment (is an asset).
