Overview

Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Human Resources Department is looking for an Junior Analyst (temporary) to join its team!
 
Purpose of the Role
 
Support the launch and adoption of a new budgeting tool through clear internal communication, coordination and support in manager training, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support throughout the budgeting cycle.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower. The role is temporary for three months, from april until july.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Coordinator will involve:

  • Coordinate timelines and communications with the project team to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Support the organization and delivery of training sessions for managers.
  • Prepare and maintain support materials (quick guides, step-by-step instructions, FAQs).
  • Serve as the first point of contact for managers’ questions regarding the use of the tool.
  • Log and respond to frequent inquiries; escalate complex issues when appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support, such as database updates, to the Talent and HR teams.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in Personnel Administration or similar areas.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain processes to non-technical audiences.
  • Service-oriented mindset and user focus.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, working with different stakeholders.
  • Intermediate level of Excel.
