We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Junior Manager will involve:

  • The main responsibility will be to manage all Paid Social Media campaigns within the portfolio, especially Facebook and LinkedIn, and provide support across other channels such as Google. The role will involve a variety of tasks, including ad creation, campaign optimization, data interpretation, analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives, preparing reports, and monitoring campaigns, with a focus on traffic optimization and end-to-end conversion from leads to enrollments.
  • In addition, the candidate will be responsible for managing organic social media channels, defining the social media strategy, executing it, and coordinating communication with different stakeholders.

Qualifications

 

To thrive in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required.
  • Proven experience managing Paid Social Media campaigns: Mainly Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn; also in Google Ads, Demand Gen, Pmax, and YouTube.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize the sponsored campaigns (Facebook & LinkedIn) according to the budgets and objectives defined.
  • Experience with Adobe would be valuable.
  • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, DataStudio, Power BI, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the campaigns’ performance.
  • Measure the success of every Facebook & LinkedIn campaign by creating A/B tests.
  • Proven experience managing organic social media networks
  • Experience in structured information tools (Power BI, CRM) will be valued.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Google Analytics accreditation will be valued.
  • Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
  • Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly, demonstrating strong technical capabilities.
  • Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Outstanding organizational capacity and strong project management skills.
  • Used to working under pressure, managing priorities, and internal customers.
  • Valuable experience managing people.
  • Problem-solving rockstar.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Excellent in analytics and reporting.
