We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.
 

Responsibilities

Your role as a Business Partner will involve:
  • Key Responsibilities

     

    Business Engagement & Demand Structuring

    • Support relationships with academic and student experience teams.
    • Gather, structure, and refine business requirements, ensuring clarity of scope, defined acceptance criteria, and alignment with end-to-end processes.
    • Help translate needs into actionable IT initiatives.
    • Ensure alignment with existing platforms and digital roadmap.

    Project Support & Coordination

    • Act as liaison between business users and IT teams during initiatives.
    • Follow up on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
    • Support preparation of functional documentation.
    • Work within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or waterfall delivery frameworks, participating in relevant planning and governance activities.

     

    Testing & Validation

    • Prepare and execute functional testing before business UAT.
    • Coordinate UAT sessions and document feedback.
    • Ensure solutions meet defined requirements before go-live.
    • Validate that agreed acceptance criteria are met prior to production release.

     

    Change & Continuous Improvement

    • Support communication of system changes and updates.
    • Identify improvement opportunities in academic and student processes.
    • Promote adoption of digital tools.
    • Support post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify improvement actions.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Profile:

    • 2–3 years of experience in IT consulting, IT project support, or Business Partnering roles.
    • Experience with CRM, LMS, or similar enterprise platforms is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Structured, proactive, and eager to learn.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish.
    • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s not mandatory).
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and structured project delivery environments.
