We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.
 

Responsibilities

Your role as a Business Partner will involve:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance and HR departments to understand their goals, objectives, and operational needs.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable IT projects and solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and the business areas, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide a holistic perspective on cross-departmental processes to identify synergies and align initiatives.
  • Communicate IT priorities, capabilities, and constraints effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ensure IT solutions are designed, implemented, and maintained to meet business requirements and expectations.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to the realization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of IT solutions prior to involving business stakeholders to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with IT projects and initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate system changes, project updates, and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and technology-driven improvements.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Requirements

    • Education:
      • A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration).
    • Experience: Desirable 5 years of experience in consulting, with proven expertise in managing IT projects supporting Finance and HR functions.
    • Knowledge:
      • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) and Human Resources (HR).
    • Language Skills: Fluency in English
    • Skills:
      • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Visionary and strategic thinking with the ability to drive innovation and change.
      • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
