We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Assistnat, Administration & Accounting will involve:
  • Record salaries and wages, as well as other department expenses, including employee benefits.
  • Record bank transactions related to personnel expenses and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Reconcile the department’s general ledger accounts.
  • Manage the department’s administrative processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll incident management, payroll review and payment, and administration of employee benefits.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • High level of English proficiency (Spanish required).
  • Strong accounting knowledge.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Windows.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
