The Vice Rectorate for Strategy, Coordination & Institutional Affairs plays a central role in supporting the University’s strategic development, institutional alignment, and executive decision-making processes. The division works transversally across schools and departments to ensure coherence between strategic priorities, operational execution, and external institutional engagement. It supports senior leadership in advancing key initiatives, strengthening governance frameworks, and coordinating high-level projects with internal and external stakeholders.
The Junior Manager will support the Vice Rectorate in the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives, cross-functional coordination efforts, and institutional projects. The role combines analytical work, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on administrative and operational tasks required to ensure effective execution. This includes preparing presentations and briefing materials, supporting documentation and reporting processes, coordinating meetings, and managing follow-up actions. It requires strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced institutional environment with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
