Position Overview:

As a Program Assistant at IE University, you will be the first point of contact for students and professors, supporting the daily operations of our academic programs in our various IE Schools: Business School, School of Economics, Politics & Social Affairs, School of Architecture & Design, School of Science & Technology, IE Law School, IE School of Human Sciences and Technology, IE Lifelong Learning & Executive Education.
 
This is an ideal entry-level role for recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a multicultural setting.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Segovia.
 
Please keep in mind that this position is not currently open; it is designed to identify and connect with talented individuals interested in future opportunities at IE University. Responsibilities

Your role as a Program Assistant will involve:
  • Provide daily support and guidance to students and professors, addressing queries and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Act as a liaison and coordinate with various departments involved in program operations (Faculty, Admissions, Registrar’s Office, Planning, etc.).
  • Manage a high volume of emails and respond promptly to student inquiries.
  • Compile and update student information databases.
  • Assist in preparing and editing reports and presentations.
  • Organize logistics for program activities: events, simulations, visits, travel arrangements, and catering.
  • Contribute to communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on improving administrative procedures and data collection systems

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Customer service orientation and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Valid work permit for the European Union.
  • Availability to work full-time in Segovia.
