We're seeking an Associate Director to join our New York City office and help drive strategic recruitment, outreach, and marketing for our Master’s programs.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in NYC. 

Responsibilities

Your role as Assocaite Director will involve:

  • Develop and execute data-informed recruitment strategies for IE’s Master’s degree programs across North America. 
  • Lead brand-building efforts through innovative marketing campaigns and outreach strategies. 
  • Plan and host high-impact events, including Master Classes, Open Days, and university fairs, etc. across key cities. 
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with companies, alumni, and international organizations. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across admissions, corporate relations, and marketing to align efforts and amplify impact. 

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have: 

  • 5+ years of professional experience; background in business development, marketing, or international education preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident speaking to diverse audiences. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute creatively. 
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative global team. 
  • Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required. 
  • Must be open to regional travel across the Northeast. (25-50%) 
  • Experience in multicultural environments or international education is a plus. 
  • Master’s degree required.

  • Salary Range: $75.000 - $85.000 + Bonus Structure

Schedule & Work Format 

  • Full-time 
  • Monday to Friday (Hybrid Work Week)
