The Executive Director of Program Experience for bachelor’s programs is responsible for ensuring academic and operational excellence across assigned program(s). This role oversees course operations, student and faculty engagement, and drives strategies for innovation and continuous improvement. Additionally, the Executive Director actively participates in internal and external initiatives to uphold and enhance program quality.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Student Experience & Transformation and works closely with the Vice Dean of the program(s), sharing responsibility for program design, delivery, and continuous improvement.
