Overview

Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Global Markets is looking for an International Recruitment Coordinator to join its team!
 
The International Recruitment Coordinator will join our team and support recruitment activities across the West Coast and Texas. This position combines administrative management, event planning, and commercial outreach to attract and engage prospective students for IE’s undergraduate, master’s, and MBA programs. 
 

Role Overview 
As an International Recruitment Coordinator, you will develop deep expertise in IE University’s extensive portfolio of programs and its distinctive institutional culture. You will identify and engage with a wide range of prospective candidates—including high school students, recent graduates, young professionals, and executives—while representing IE University’s values at events, school visits, and fairs (both virtual and in-person). 

Working closely with the Associate Directors, you will lead efforts to cultivate, qualify, and nurture leads to ensure alignment with IE’s admissions objectives. You will also contribute to creating efficient recruitment processes, data-driven insights, and marketing strategies to optimize engagement and meet business goals.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Los Angeles, California.
 

Responsibilities

Your role as a Coordinator will involve:

 

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of IE University’s programs and culture. 
  • Identify, contact, and nurture prospective students across multiple segments. 
  • Conduct personalized consultations via phone, email, and virtual meetings. 
  • Plan and execute recruitment events (venue selection, logistics, catering, follow-up, budget tracking). 
  • Support marketing initiatives and regional campaigns to attract qualified candidates. 
  • Manage daily administrative activities and maintain accurate data records. 
  • Collaborate across teams to align regional strategies and share best practices. 
  • Provide regular reporting and data analysis to inform decision-making. 
  • Represent IE University at fairs, school visits, and corporate events. 

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) abilities. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Canva. 
  • Creative problem-solver with initiative, independence, and a solutions-oriented mindset. 
  • Previous experience in higher education, recruitment, marketing, or event planning is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of Spanish (spoken and written) is strongly preferred. 
  • An analytical mindset with comfort working with data and reports. 
  • Willingness to travel periodically to represent the university at events.

Additional Information: 

  • This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles, California. 
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote. 
  • U.S. work authorization is required. 
  • Salary range: 65,000 USD - 80,000 USD
