The Associate will support the activities of the Corporate Development area at IE Law School, assisting in the management of relationships with companies and law firms, and coordinating the delivery and follow-up of corporate and executive education programs.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid, IE Tower.
 

Responsibilities

Your role as an Associate Director will involve:
 
  • Corporate relationship support: Assist in identifying, maintaining, and nurturing contacts with companies, law firms, and institutional partners. 
  • Program coordination: Support the logistical and administrative organization of executive education programs, in collaboration with academic teams and external partners. 
  • Business development support: Contribute to the preparation of proposals, presentations, and promotional materials for corporate clients and partners. 
  • Project management: Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of departmental projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. 
  • Internal collaboration: Work closely with other departments across IE University to ensure the successful execution of initiatives and partner satisfaction. 
  • Reporting and data management: Maintain updated databases, prepare periodic activity reports, and track key performance indicators. 

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's top (preferably in Law, Business Administration, or a related field) and minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in business development, institutional relations, or Master's top and minimum 1 year of professional experience. 
  • Experience working in international and multicultural environments. 
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus). 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. 
  • Genuine interest in the academic and professional education sector.
