Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Student Experience is looking for a Junior Manager to join its team!
 

The Junior Manager – Student Experience will play a key role in shaping and delivering outstanding student engagement initiatives across the IE community. Working within the Student Experience team, this position supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of programmes that enhance student life, belonging, and wellbeing.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower
 

Responsibilities

Your role as a Junior Manager will involve:
  • Support the planning and execution of student experience projects and events on campus.
  • Liaise with students, staff, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of communication strategies and student engagement campaigns.
  • Collect and analyse feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of events and services.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Student Experience team.
  • Help promote an inclusive, vibrant, and globally minded student community.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in student affairs, event coordination, or customer experience.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication abilities in English (Spanish is an asset).
  • Proactive attitude, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with digital tools and event management platforms (e.g., Excel, Trello, CRM systems).
  • Empathy and a genuine interest in student wellbeing and community engagement.
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Capacity to take initiative and contribute new ideas to enhance student life.
