We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and proactive Program Assistant for the Master’s Programs at the IE School of Architecture and Design. As the cornerstone of daily operations, the Program Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for students and professors. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning of our programs while contributing to a vibrant and enriching academic environment.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower
 

Responsibilities

Your role as a Program Assistant will involve:
  • Support Students and Faculty: Provide daily assistance to students and professors, addressing queries and offering guidance.
  • Manage Communication: Handle a high volume of emails, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to student inquiries.
  • Coordinate Across Departments: Liaise with various departments (Registrar, Planning, Careers) to streamline program operations.
  • Maintain Databases: Compile and update student information databases regularly.
  • Prepare Reports: Assist in the preparation and editing of internal reports.
  • Process Expenses: Handle expense reports efficiently.
  • Assist in Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of events and projects throughout the academic year.
