We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower, 
 

Responsibilities

Your role as an Assistant will involve:
  • Support the Legal Department in the daily legal work.
  • Gather, file and record documents.
  • Open, maintain and close electronic files of the Legal Department.
  • Review regularly the status of documentation, emails and files of the Legal Department (inbox, outbox and Docusign) and register this information.
  • Manage contractual documentation by using legal management tools and legal software.
  • Prepare reports.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a legal department will be valued.
  • Knowledge of legal management tools and legal software.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in Spanish and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, effective at establishing priorities, multi-tasking ability and scheduling, time management skills and ability to work in teams.
  • Familiar with legal terminology.
  • High levels of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
