The mail responsibility for this position is to coordinate programs in Corporate and Special Programs from the definition phase to its final delivery. These projects are mostly focused on delivering IE Executive Education programs to corporate partners.

 

The Junior Program Manager will support the design, planning, and delivery of Executive Education programs for corporate clients. Working closely with the senior team, faculty, and other departments, this role ensures that programs are executed smoothly and meet the institution’s quality standards.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - María de Molina.
 

Responsibilities

Your role as a Junior Manager, Corporate & Special Programs SELA will involve:
  • Create program proposals for our clients (corporate partners): Assist in creating program proposals based on client needs, gathering input from faculty and academic teams, and helping define program structure, content, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with our corporate clients the definition and delivery of the program and maintain a continuous communication with them throughout the program.
  • Program planning and preparation: Coordinate internal teams, faculty, and academic directors to support the planning and execution of programs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Support the operational and logistics preparation to ensure all platforms and materials are correctly prepared. Planning, editing and review of marketing materials such as brochures, if the program requires it.
  • Program delivery: Ensure that all materials are available and communicated to participants and faculty. Monitor program progress and support adjustments when needed.
  • Process improvements: contribute to ongoing initiatives aimed at improving internal processes, including resource organization, templates, dashboards, and technology tools.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachellor’s degree is highly recommended.
  • Fluent in Spanish (native level) and English.
  • Must exhibit outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-oriented style.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and open to adopting new technologies.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to manage resources effectively and efficiently.
