The IT Business Partner for Finance and HR will act as a strategic interface between IT and the Finance and HR departments, aligning business needs with IT initiatives. This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, translating business requirements into IT projects, overseeing the delivery of IT solutions, mitigating risks, communicating changes, monitoring budgets, and driving continuous improvement.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) and Human Resources (HR).
Expertise in other ERP or HR solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) will be highly valued.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
