We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - Pinar 18.
 

Responsibilities

Your role as an E-Mail Marketing Specialist will involve:
  • Manage the full cycle of email marketing campaigns (with html templates and from scratch) conducting database searches, proofreading and sometimes creating texts or images.
  • Ensure proper planning of email marketing campaigns while considering the particularities of each area.
  • Analyze the performance and ensure compliance with KPIs (enrollments, CTA, CTR, low unsubscribe, spam and hard bounce rates, etc.)
  • Coordinate with local and international offices to ensure that events and programs are communicated effectively worldwide.
  • Coordinate with various agencies for creative and technical projects
  • Daily work with data management systems, internal teams and technical platforms.
  • E-mail marketing projects as needed

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor´s Degree
  • HTML formatting knowledge
  • Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for databases management purpose.
  • Strong experience with email marketing tools (Adobe Marketo, MAPP, Hubspot)
  • Experience in editing texts for marketing purposes
  • Basic experience with Adobe Suite tools (Figma, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe Firefly)
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience in Adobe Target and A/B Tasty will be valuable.
  • Strong analytical skills with batch campaign experience

Valued experience, but not required:

  • Project management
  • Previous work with CRM (Dynamics 360)
  • Native or Bilingual Spanish speaker with strong English language skills (Written and spoken)
