We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as a a Business Analyst, will involve: 

  • Process Mapping: Analyze and document current processes (AS-IS) and design future processes (TO-BE) to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Modeling: Use BPMN to model business processes and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Tools: Utilize tools such as ARIS and Celonis for process optimization and analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and propose technological solutions.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement solutions, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are understood and properly implemented.
  • Training: Organize training sessions for staff on new technologies and processes implemented.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:  

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, MBA, or similar.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in process mapping (AS-IS and TO-BE).
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in BPMN and tools such as ARIS and Celonis.
  • Languages: High level of English (C1 or equivalent).
  • Certification: Knowledge or certification in Prosci (organizational change management) is recommended.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to work in a team, and project management capabilities.
