Overview

Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University is looking for an Associate Director to join its team!

IE IMPACT is a multi-school, multi-bachelor academic program, totaling  21 ECTS, required of all IEU undergraduate students. Essentially, the IE Impact is IE’s core curriculum for all undergraduates. It consists of courses in the Humanities, Technology and Entrepreneurship, reinforcing these foundational pillars of IE University, and centering Diversity and Sustainability.

The learning journey culminates with the IE Challenge, a challenge-based course in which students apply the skillsets they learn, mindsets they develop and knowledge they acquire in the three pillar courses to problem-tackle a challenge within the realm of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).  The IE Impact Team is responsible for the academic coordination and management at both our Segovia and Madrid campuses of all four IE Impact courses (Impact Humanities, Technology with Impact, Entrepreneurial Mindset & Practice, and IE Challenge). This role reports to the Executive Director.

The program brings students from all IEU schools and bachelor programs together in classes to both enhance their learning experience and learning outcomes, and to foster community among students from across all six IEU schools.  Its academic learning journey is a feat of academic excellence at scale, aimed at preparing IEU students to develop into innovative problem-solvers who lead positive change.
