The Student Services Department is in charge of offering IE University Master’s students resources and information vital for their move to Madrid and after graduation. From obtaining their student or working visa to finding accommodation, exploring medical insurance options or getting mobile phone service, the SS Department plays a key role in guaranteeing a smooth start and integration of the student in Spain.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.  

Responsibilities

Your role as Junior Manager - Student Services Management will involve: 

  • Possess sound judgment and strong organizational skills.
  • Complete all tasks assigned in an accurate, prompt and thorough manner.
  • Possess the ability to function autonomously.
  • Offering excellent customer service.
  • Be able to communicate and interact positively and effectively with the team, staff and students from different nationalities.
  • Team management alongside the Associate Director and the Senior Associate Director.
  • Interpretation and analysis of strategic departmental information through dashboards and data visualization platforms.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:  

  • Bachelor’s degree (Legal background preferred, PPLE or BBA)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Motivated individual who is passionate about helping others and empathic.
  • Team management and customer service experience.
  • With excellent organizational, IT, communication and writing skills, you will be self- motivated and able to work as part of a team
  • Be familiar with CRM, Interpretation and updating of data, along with the management of associated records and operational tools.
