We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as an Associate Director will involve: 

 

Strategic Stakeholder Management

  • Assist in researching and compiling background information on key stakeholders, including individual profiles, company overviews, CSR initiatives, and potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Prepare summaries and briefing documents ahead of meetings involving IE senior leadership.
  • Collaborate and liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of stakeholder management and outreach" 
  • Facilitate and coordinate commencement ceremonies in collaboration with IE Schools and internal departments"  
  • Support other IE departments providing key contacts for their activities

Institutional Events & Protocol

  • Support guest management and protocol for high-level institutional events, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Ensure institutional representation in high level events when required and that IE leadership welcome key stakeholders when needed
  • Manage all aspects of key stakeholder guest participation, including logistics, invitations, briefings, and engagement opportunities with IE leadership

Data Management & Communications

  • Maintain and update accurate records of stakeholders, meetings, and next steps in internal databases.
  • Monitor media alerts related to key contacts and ensure relevant information is captured and actioned.
  • Create and distribute weekly bulletins with information on the coming of key stakeholders to IE.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:  

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Ideally a Master’s degree from a top-ranked university.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with data tools.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
