The Manager will undertake a variety of tasks for a small, Spanish-owned commercial office. We are dynamic, we are passionate about positive customer journeys and we are looking for someone to play an integral part in operations, recruitment support and coordination across departments. We are flexible with work hours and have options for remote work.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Singapore!

Responsibilities

Your role as  Manager will involve: 

  • Able to work in Singapore without the need for a visa sponsorship, LTVP holders may apply.
  • Organized, meticulous and has strong prioritization skills
  • Effective in handling diverse stakeholder relationships (applicants, parents, vendors, counselors, government representatives etc. )
  • Self-motivated, self-reliant, and flexible in picking up knowledge on the go
  • Capable of carrying out administrative tasks with accuracy and speed
  • Reliable, responsive, present, and able to work flexible hours
  • Willing to travel occasionally to support commercial activities across Southeast Asia

Office Coordinator/ Manager responsibilities include:

  • Process & Resource Management
  • Lead vendor relationship management
  • Undertake responsibility for logistics required for both physical and virtual events
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Maintain files, directory of clients, records, keep track of office expenses and office inventory with effective filing systems
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Support with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)

Sales Support & Candidate Management

  • Proactively identify, qualify and nurture new lead opportunities (email, phone and in-person engagement)
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to track candidate interactions and ensure seamless follow-up
  • Learn and understand the products of the company to support regional recruitment effort.
  • Guide prospective candidates by responding to inquiries and providing timely, accurate information on programs and the admissions process.
  • Help manage the end-to-end customer journey by ensuring a positive experience through personalized engagement
  • Support recruitment events, commercial activities and event planning by managing travel bookings, scheduling of meetings, event space bookings, cross-team coordination etc.
  • Coordinate with the team to support engagement initiatives, such as webinars, fairs, and information sessions.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:  

  • Diploma/ Degree with experience in customer-facing roles in sales/ event planning/ education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives in multicultural teams and is comfortable working with people across different time zones
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Canva, Hubspot, Expensify and basic accounting is a plus
  • Public Sector experience is a plus
