Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University Administration & Accouning department is looking for a Costumer Billing Assistant (Temporary) to join its team! 

 

The mission of the Costumer Billing Assistant (Temporary) will be the effective management of the student accounts in order to be able to answer any question that the clients might have regarding their outstanding fees and other issues related to the IE, University, Foundation or AAA, and facilitate them what is necessary. Supervise the income of other departments of the IE group.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Segovia.  

Responsibilities

Your role as Costumer Billing Assistant (temporary) will involve: 

  • Enrollment and Billing of the students. Coordination with Admissions and Financial Aid
    Departments, Registration Office and Academic direction of the Programs.
  • Billing of Services provided by other companies and departments of the IE group.
  • Accounting tasks related to the bank accounts.
  • Late payment management.
  • Management of N19, direct debits, refunds and overpayments of the clients.
  • Management of the Donations.
  • Customer service in person and by telephone and email. Maintain a good relationship with the clients and proactively manage received information to solve problems and doubts related to the payments.
  • Audit support.
  • Monthly and annual closing.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:  

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and oral).
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Teamwork skills, ability to perform several tasks at the time, excellent problem solving and
    communication skills, customer-oriented.
  • International profile with work experience in multicultural companies.
  • Accounting knowledge and ERPs usage experience.
