Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? The Administration & Accounting department is looking for an Office Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh

 

Responsible for the daily operational and administrative management of the office in Saudi Arabia, ensuring proper financial control, compliance with internal policies, and efficiency in all administrative processes.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Riyadh.  

Responsibilities

Your role as an Office Coordinator will involve: 

 

Financial and Accounting Management 

  • Allocation and control of office operational expenses.
  • Issuance and follow-up of invoices and collections.
  • Periodic review of financial statements and accounting reports.
  • Coordination with the finance team to ensure regulatory compliance. 

Treasury and Payments Control 

  • Supervision of the employee advance policy.
  • Management of payments to suppliers and control of local invoicing.
  • Monitoring and reconciliation of the office’s bank accounts. 

General Office Administration 

  • Management of contracts and local administrative documents.
  • Coordination of resources, supplies, and operational needs.
  • Support in managing permits, licences, and legal compliance. 

Employee Support and Human Resources 

  • Assistance with onboarding processes and employment documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations related to employees and suppliers. 

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:  

  • Degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in administrative and financial management. 

Key Knowledge: 

  • Accounting and invoicing.
  • Financial regulations in Saudi Arabia (desirable).
  • Advance payments management and expense control.
  • Use of accounting tools and ERP systems.
  • Languages: Advanced English (mandatory), Arabic (desirable). 

All tasks must be carried out in compliance with our policies and under supervision, but the position is based in Riyadh.
