Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE is looking for a Junior Manager - Just Transition Observatory to join its team!

FIE, IEU and iGDP have jointly established the IE-iGDP Just Transition Observatory https://www.igdp.cn/. The Observatory is a hub for knowledge, policy development, and capacity building. To this end, the JTO is looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

The transition to a low-carbon economy presents both challenges and opportunities across various sectors. The Junior Manager will play a critical role in coordinating initiatives, managing research and engaging with stakeholders to advance the Just Transition and climate action agenda.

The candidate must have professional experience working with the climate change agenda, ideally from a global south perspective. Similarly, the candidate should be conversant with the just transition agenda, in both cases from an implementation or research level.

It is desirable to have worked at the international level, in economic sectors linked to the climate neutrality and climate resilience agenda, including mobility, industry, energy, finance or food production.
