The Administrative (temporary) will perform tasks related to the personnel administration department.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid. 

Responsibilities

Your role as  Administrative (temporary) will involve:

  • HR-related administrative processes.
  • Maintenance of the Personnel Database: registrations, terminations, contract generation, and input of incidents (sick leave, vacations, variable payments, etc.).
  • Review of the monthly payroll and issuance of payroll transfer files.
  • Preparation of reports.
  • Employee relations: contract signing, clarification of payroll-related questions.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have: 

  • Higher education degree in Labor Sciences.
  • English: Bilingual or very high level.
  • Knowledge of HR and payroll management programs, preferably Meta4.
  • Intermediate knowledge of accounting and accounting software, preferably Dynamics 365.
  • Basic user-level IT skills: Windows and Office, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Candidates with two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and perfectionist.
  • Highly discreet, as the role involves handling highly confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as they will interact with all company personnel on sensitive matters.
  • Ability to work in a team.
