The Information Technology team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in modern cloud technologies and demonstrate the ability to manage and optimize a diverse range of platforms and tools. You will play a critical role in enhancing our cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security, while continuously adapting to new technologies and platforms.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.  

Your role as Senior Manager Cloud Services will involve: 

• Cloud Providers: Extensive experience with Azure and AWS.
• DevOps: Proficiency in managing infrastructure as code and using tools like Azure DevOps for streamlined processes.
• Kubernetes and GitOps: Expertise in deploying, managing, and optimizing containerized applications using Kubernetes, with infrastructure managed via ArgoCD, Helm, and GitOps workflows.
• Office365 and Google Workspaces: Comprehensive understanding of multi-tenant environments and integration management.
• Identity and Access Management: Knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory, and related protocols.
• Monitoring and Security: Familiarity with tools like Dynatrace and Prisma Cloud to ensure system health and security compliance.
• Scripting: Advanced skills in PowerShell, Bash, and Python to automate tasks and optimize processes.
• Adaptability: Eagerness and capability to learn and manage new platforms and technologies as needed.
• Traditional System Administration: Proficiency in performing traditional system administrator tasks such as server maintenance, backups, patching, and troubleshooting.

To thrive in this role, you should have:  

• Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).

• Languages:
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Professional Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles.

• Technical Knowledge:
• Experience in designing and implementing hybrid cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of additional automation tools and platforms.

• Additional Skills:
• Strong expertise in the technologies and areas listed above.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, innovative mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
